I chatted for a bit with my exes sister. It was nice, I’ve missed her. We’re making plans to hang out soon.
I’ve been out of Ambien and haven’t been sleeping. I started taking liquid Melatonin in hopes it’ll help me fall asleep and stay asleep but no luck so far. I’m going to continue taking it to give it a chance to kick in.
Visited Ma in “the home” (I have, in fact, become Dorothy Zbornak) and took her a pile of crossword puzzle and word search books. She was finally well enough to use her hands. I’d been asking her for months if she wanted some and she kept saying no, she was too tired and in too much pain to be bothered. But this time I asked and she said, yes!! So that was exciting to me. It doesn’t take much these days.
