I really really really want to do The Color Run 5k by the end of the year. So I’ve gotten back into the gym and am focusing on biking to strengthen my legs with no joint pain and walking. I’m taking the walking sloooooowly so my body doesn’t fall apart as it did the last time.
I finally went out for Wednesday BBQ! I’ve been invited for the last, oh, three years and (finally) took Carter up on the offer. It was so nice to be around people being boisterous and silly. $3.99 BBQ plates and beer and the mythical giant rocking chair! Me being social! And having pictorial evidence that I left the house!
Look at me and my belly being all adorable! My shirt says “our luv is dangerous” and I adore it so hard! Perfect February/Valentine’s shirt. I feel so much better when I go out. I never regret it once I do it, I just need to push myself harder. And I feel even better about it the next day! It really does have a huge positive impact on my mood/depression.
My goal is to read 30 books this year. Um, I’m currently reading #23. One goal bound to be met!
