I'm going to be honest, I'm not a fan. You have to turn a screw in order to adjust their tightness and to attach them and it's a pain in the ass. On the plus side, you can have them squeeze at whatever intensity you need. I like really strong pain on my nipples so if that's not your deal, you might like these better than I did.
Personally, I really prefer alligator clamps like these Nob Hill Nipple Clamps. Super simple to use but also adjustable!
