Hair and Nails

My therapist says I've made a lot of progress; that I've changed a lot over the last few years. She says I'm capable of a healthy relationship. She says I'm capable of picking a partner who doesn't use, abuse, or destroy me. I hope she's right.

I contacted three organizations about volunteering. We shall see what happens.

    Heidi, I've been reading your blog for some years now and I just want to say you continue to inspire me with your strength and courage. You used to live very near me in CA and I never worked up the courage to ask you to be friends, but I'm sooo glad you've made a life for yourself in the South and that things are working out for you there!!
