I haven’t heard from D since the 20th. So…yeah…giving up the ghost. God, I hate not having answers. I also hate not knowing if he’s okay or not. I’d so much rather just be dumped.

Law Student got me stoned last night. Like, stoned. For the first time in my life I said the words, “I feel…high.” Not only did it make my back feel as if it were wrapped in a heating pad from the inside of my muscles but I also slept for seven hours straight. A double dose of Ambien won’t even do that for me! He bought me a bong and medicinal marijuana so I’m set for awhile. The only reason I haven’t tried for a prescription in the past is because the cards cost around $200. But he says some places sell them as cheap as $50. So it might be a really good investment for me.

Next week I’m dealing with taxes and getting some bloodwork done. I’m hoping to get productive now that the meds are back in my system. Fingers crossed!

  1. Does medicinal pot cause munchies? I am genuinely curious.

  2. I really wish they would just legalize the shit, I mean really, if it works for you and RXs don't you should be able to use it!

I am glad to see you posting again, I miss your blogs and plus it helps us know if you are OK

  3. Heidi, I've never smoked but I think the medical marijuana might be the key you've been looking for to improve your quality of life and reduce pain.

My ex-almost-mother-in-law smoked marijuana for her back pain and it worked like a charm.

  4. i didn't really think this warranted a whole email, but i just wanted to say that i thought this tweet of yours:
"I'm smoking weed and drinking Natural Ice. I've done it! Finally...I turned 15 today!"
    was really funny!

  5. I've been a reader of your blog for a couple years now and I've never really posted a comment but I couldn't help myself this time. I notice you say you haven't heard from this D since the 20th, which of course spiked my interest and lead me to read when you had posted about it. Did you consider that the last day you heard from him was also the day you posted on your blog about this new relationship and love? Perhaps there is a correlation?

It came as a surprise to see you so in love and in a relationship after your previous posts seemed to indicate you were sinking into a deep depression. Maybe your posts don't necessarily follow every up and down of your life and we are the last to know... or perhaps you need to consider that you never really loved this man, nor did he love you and that you need to get off the emotional roller coaster you've been on and find a stable single life before you can have a stable life with a partner. Just a few thoughts from someone who has read your battles with many greater problems than one man.

  6. Good to have you blogging again and hope things continue to work out for you.
